Sexual Addiction Defined

Sexual addiction is the compulsive attempt(s) to meet legitimate emotional needs through some means of sexual activity. A sex addict has repeatedly tried to stop the behavior(s), but is unable to do so. Follow the link above to learn more.

Sexual Freedom Defined

Sexual freedom means that an individual realizes the following three truths:

1. God created me as a sexual being.

2. Sexuality is not inherently bad. In fact, it is beautiful.

3. Healthy sexuality is expressed within the context of a vibrant, maturing marriage.

Shame Defined
